Our Development
TFC Holland was founded in the Netherlands in 1989 and specializes in the import, ripening, processing, and marketing of tropical fruit and vegetables.
Since 1996, products were processed at the Maasdijk location. Packing stations, sorting systems, and ripening chambers for different product groups were available there. As the company grew and requirements for storage, ripening, and packaging increased, existing capacities were continuously expanded.
The Next Step
In 2022, TFC Holland moved to its new location in Waddinxveen. The larger operating area provides additional capacity for storage, ripening, processing, and packaging, as well as space for the further development of logistical and operational processes.
The location was designed to flexibly accommodate different customer and product requirements. Modern technical systems and digitally supported production processes support daily operations along the supply chain.

Founding of TFC Holland
TFC Holland is founded in Delft, Netherlands, by four partners with experience in the fruit and vegetable industry.
1996
Relocation to
Maasdijk
TFC Holland requires additional cold storage capacity and relocates its operations.
2016
Acquisition by
BayWa AG
TFC Holland becomes part of the BayWa Group and strengthens its position as one of the leading companies for exotic fruit in Europe.
2022
Relocation to
Waddinxveen
TFC Holland moves to its new modern location with significantly greater capacity.
