Your Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

As a Buyer, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the entire procurement process. You ensure that supply and demand are optimally aligned, working closely with sales, planning, quality control, production, and logistics. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Your responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n Purchasing fresh fruit and vegetables from national and international suppliers<\/span>\n Aligning procurement requirements with sales, planning, and production<\/span>\n Monitoring inventory levels, deliveries, and product availability<\/span>\n Building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships<\/span>\n Recording and verifying procurement data in the ERP system<\/span>\n Checking incoming invoices and clarifying discrepancies<\/span>\n Identifying and addressing challenges in quality, inventory, and logistics<\/span>\n Assisting with supplier searches and continuous optimization of procurement processes<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

You are committed, enjoy taking on responsibility, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic work environment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Furthermore, you bring the following:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

\n Completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification<\/span>\n Experience in a commercial or operational procurement role<\/span>\n Experience in the fruit and vegetable, food, or logistics sector is an advantage<\/span>\n Good administrative and organizational skills as well as experience with ERP systems<\/span>\n Good knowledge of Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage<\/span>\n A proactive, diligent, and solution-oriented way of working<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
