Your Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

As QC Coordinator, you are the interface between Operations, QC and QA. You coordinate daily quality control processes and support the QC team in conducting inspections and other quality-related tasks. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n
\n Coordination of daily quality controls of incoming and outgoing products<\/span>\n Supervision and support of Quality Controllers and Inspectors<\/span>\n Preparation and review of inspection reports<\/span>\n Identification, documentation and follow-up of quality deviations<\/span>\n Monitoring of product quality during goods receipt, storage, ripening and dispatch<\/span>\n Support in handling complaints and corrective actions<\/span>\n Ensuring correct quality documentation and reporting<\/span>\n First point of contact for operational quality matters<\/span>\n Close collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Ripening and Logistics<\/span>\n Support of the QA Manager in audits, certifications and improvement projects<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Your Profile<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n
\n Proven professional experience in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector<\/span>\n Knowledge of tropical fruits and vegetables<\/span>\n A completed vocational training, degree or comparable qualification<\/span>\n At least 3 years of professional experience in the quality sector of the fruit and vegetable industry or food production<\/span>\n Experience in coordinating or supervising team members is an advantage<\/span>\n Knowledge of food safety and quality systems such as HACCP<\/span>\n Good Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken<\/span>\n Strong organizational and communication skills<\/span>\n A proactive, meticulous and practice-oriented working approach<\/span>\n Ability to set priorities and maintain overview even in a dynamic environment<\/span>\n Inspection certificates or modules P9, P10, P11, P13, P14 and\/or P16 are a significant advantage<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
