We trade in almost 200 different exotic fruit and vegetable varieties. Our products come from all over the world and are supplied to supermarket chains, specialty stores, and wholesalers throughout Europe \u2013 from Scandinavia to Spain. <\/p>\n

Our products come from Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, China, and Vietnam, among other countries.<\/p>\n

TFC Holland is part of the BayWa Global Produce Group, an internationally active group of companies with activities along the entire value chain in the fruit and vegetable sector \u2013 from plant genetics to trading in high-quality fresh produce.<\/p>\n

Since the beginning of 2023, our location has been in a new building in Waddinxveen. There, we continuously develop our organization and invest in digitalization, automation, and professional team structures, among other things. Your Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

As a Sales Manager for Fruit & Vegetables, you will independently manage and develop key accounts and be responsible for commercial projects within the fruit and vegetable market.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n Independent management and strategic development of existing key accounts<\/span>\n Active acquisition of new customers and development of new markets<\/span>\n Leading commercial negotiations on prices, quantities, and contracts<\/span>\n Monitoring market developments and identifying new business opportunities<\/span>\n Close collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and quality management<\/span>\n Guidance and coaching of junior sales colleagues, if required<\/span>\n Responsibility for sales, margin, and customer satisfaction<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Your Profile<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n At least 2\u20135 years of proven experience in a sales position, ideally in the fruit and vegetable sector<\/span>\n A degree or comparable qualification or equivalent professional experience level<\/span>\n Strong negotiation skills and commercial responsibility<\/span>\n Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken<\/span>\n Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality<\/span>\n Resilience, decisiveness, and results-orientation<\/span>\n Flexibility and experience in a dynamic international work environment<\/span>\n Willingness to adapt to the dynamics and working hours of international trade<\/span>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
