At TFC Holland, you work with high-quality tropical fruits and vegetables from around the world. As QC Coordinator (m/f/d), you coordinate daily quality controls and ensure that our products meet the highest quality and food safety standards.

Your Responsibilities

As QC Coordinator, you are the interface between Operations, QC and QA. You coordinate daily quality control processes and support the QC team in conducting inspections and other quality-related tasks.

Coordination of daily quality controls of incoming and outgoing products Supervision and support of Quality Controllers and Inspectors Preparation and review of inspection reports Identification, documentation and follow-up of quality deviations Monitoring of product quality during goods receipt, storage, ripening and dispatch Support in handling complaints and corrective actions Ensuring correct quality documentation and reporting First point of contact for operational quality matters Close collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Ripening and Logistics Support of the QA Manager in audits, certifications and improvement projects

Your Profile

Proven professional experience in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector Knowledge of tropical fruits and vegetables A completed vocational training, degree or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in the quality sector of the fruit and vegetable industry or food production Experience in coordinating or supervising team members is an advantage Knowledge of food safety and quality systems such as HACCP Good Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken Strong organizational and communication skills A proactive, meticulous and practice-oriented working approach Ability to set priorities and maintain overview even in a dynamic environment Inspection certificates or modules P9, P10, P11, P13, P14 and/or P16 are a significant advantage
